PSI: 150

yest was the like the haziest day in a long time. it's been years since we had it this bad. i noticed when i looked out of my window in the morning as madan woke up. but trg at macritchie went on as usual. he did an 8+6. it was one of his best runs in a long time too. i was surprised that he could do a 63min with the thick haze. PSI was around 130 wen we finished.

R din look to gd during the run. lagging a bit behind ppl with whom she can normally comfortably keep pace. after the run also. she went missing apparently, coz Mr Q and RQ asked madan one after the other whether he'd seen her. yea, i had. wen Mr Q asked, she was walking back from the toilet up the slope. duno y she even went there in the 1st place. wen RQ asked, she was doing lunges. in between, she was at the end of the grass patch. not looking too good. she was kinda coughing and spitting out something. wen i asked her if she was alright, she said she was. so madan went on with his cool down jog. i din dare to ask her anything more. am still not exactly on speaking terms with her. haiz.. hope she's alright. i'm worried for her.

at midnight PSI was at its peak. 150. i hope it doesn't stay that way.
