aha..this is the 1st wk this yr madan's felt this gd. for mon's intervals played "plus-minus" game. u accumulate points by being faster or slower for the intervals. target time was 76s for 400m. if u did, 75s, tt wud be 1 pt. if 77s, also 1 pt. so the one with the least points wins. yea, so managed to get oni 5 for the 8 runs. wed's easy long run was..easy. =) easy enough to pick up at the last part. maybe coz the 1st part was running with ZC. nvr run with him so long. thur training everything hit target of 2:40 min. but as i said, shudn't hav looked at watch. shud have whacked the last one. and today felt very comfortable even though timing was a lot faster than last wk's. but think maybe abt the same as the wk before's. din feel as tired. =) or maybe tt's just what madan thought. coz wen he came home...
he was reading a book "I Run, Therefore I Am - NUTS!" by Bob Schwartz (it's really damn funny, with some useful bits of info) on the sofa. (he's been reading it for quite long now, since 2 wks b4 V'Day, but nearly done now) after a while he dozed off. he woke up to look for where he left off. while he was reading the page again, he fell asleep just as he reached the part where he left off. this continued a few more times till he just gave up and lay down to sleep on the sofa. haha.. still not enough. sofa too hot. perspiring like mad. so moved to the floor at the foot of the sofa. a lot cooler. slept damn long, rite through lunch. it took our mom a few times to wake him. the usual way she wakes him up in the morning for sch. by pulling/dragging him out of bed. this time off the floor. apparently she wanted to sweep. haha..just wanted him to stop sleeping and study. and so i come to my point. this shows tt even though he thought he was not tired, in reality, he was.
right ankle a bit pain from nearly twisting it a couple of times during the run today. icing it. feels stiff now. hope gets better soon. k..wish madan luck for phy test on mon. or more like wish ME luck. i'm the one doing the actual studying. =P
