training today was..better than expected! thought madan would die for the last 2. but they were his fastest 2! haha.. 6x800. 2:41,2:40,2:40,2:40.2:37,2:34. Nab's last one was damn gd. he was blazing ahead. but he stopped at the 100/400 finish line, when they actually started at 300 start line. seems quite funny now, even though madan couldn't laugh abt it at tt time. he was pointing in the direction of the 300 start to Nab. so tired can barely move legs, duno how he managed to lift his hand. then Nab started running again. but still couldn't catch him. aiya..next time cannot give him chance. once he starts moving forward, madan must stick with him.
but at least today was better than last week, when he didn't even finish the intervals at macritchie. so lousy..
