past 3 days have been a total bore. din do much. reading newspapers, time, newsweek. watching tv. eating. sleeping. and of coz sat long run.
din recover fast enough from thur's. all leg muscles still tight when woke up in the morn. should have stretched more the day before. but run was pretty ok. 68:13. slower than pb of 66:00, but considering toilet break of a min..ya, ok lah..
Nab died at golf course. sad. thought he could keep up with madan the whole 4+8+4, when he ran past madan up the slope to the golf course. wasted lah. he finished quite far behind. KM stayed with Nab, to push him on.
went to Pa's friend's house today. damn cute baby girl there. and a small boy sis says acts like madan when he was young. i dun think so, and neither does he. the boy irritates us, reason being that he is so not what madan was.
